Return Procedure:
- Take a clear photo for the item.
- Contact our customer service team via service@brodepro.com.
- Send the photos and order ID to customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend?
- Customer service team will offer you the address please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
- Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
- To apply for a refund for goods that have been shipped, you need to return the goods. We will refund you after receiving the return.
*For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a coupon for your next order.

- Don't like the item;
- Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
- Shipping status update delay;
- Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title;
- Placed a wrong order and shipped;
- Not according to the size chart to choose the size caused by unfit.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) Guide
- How to use: If your order status is still "Unfulfilled" or "Unshipped," you can click the "Withdraw Contract" button in your order history to submit a cancellation and refund request.
- Processing: Our system will immediately log your request, stop the fulfillment process, and initiate your refund.
- Timeframe: Once your order has been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the goods.
- How to use: Click the "Withdraw Contract" button to submit your formal return request. You must then mail the items back to our designated return address without undue delay.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of returning the goods must be borne entirely by the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Standard Timeline: Under standard conditions, all approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Withholding Policy: To receive your refund, you must meet one of the following conditions:
- The returned items are successfully received and inspected at our warehouse; OR
- You provide conclusive, undeniable proof of return shipping (e.g., a valid tracking number and drop-off receipt from a reputable courier explicitly showing our return address).
- Exceptional Cases: We reserve the statutory right to withhold or delay the refund if the returned goods are not received or if you fail to provide verifiable proof of return shipment.
